Q: Do I have to pay my Co-Insurance?
A: Yes, All Co-Payments are due at the time services are rendered.
Q: I am not sure if I am eligible to receive benefits from my optical plan, what do I do?
A: Contact the office so one of our insurance specialists can confirm eligibility before scheduling an appointment. There are many options available if you are not covered.
Q: I broke my glasses, what do I do?
A: In most situations one of our Optical Staff Members needs to inspect the broken glasses to determine if they need to be repaired or replaced, bring them in and we will take care of it.
Q Do you automatically bill my secondary insurance for additional co-payments?
A: Unless your primary insurer has already set up a automatic crossover to your secondary insurance provider then it is the responsibility of the insured to file the secondary claim.
Q: Are contact lens evaluations covered by insurance?
A: In most cases no. Unless you have a optical plan that specifically provides this service it is a non-covered service and the patient is responsible for the fee. Contact lens evaluations are not part of a comprehensive eye exam.
Q: I tried to order contact lenses from your Web Store but I can not log in?
A: You first have to register with our office in order to access our Web Store, call the office and speak to our Patient Care Specialist's and we will register you.
